Reading Aloud and a YA Book Flight for Girls (E11)
Today’s guest is Lilianna. I am beyond excited to have her back on the show. YA books stand for young adult books specifically (13-18 year olds). She gave us so many helpful tips for reading aloud with children. We discussed everything from building children’s vocabulary to audiobooks to a great recommendation of a Noticing Wall using Magnetic Post-It Notes. This is an episode you will not want to miss. If you would like to hear more from Lilianna, check out our part 1 episode about reluctant readers and a book flight for boys in Episode 6.
Lilianna not only provided us with one dessert pairing but two, as well as an amazing book flight. I am excited for you to hear these literary pairings she has provided for us. Happy listening!
